4.0 Reflector Vertex Plate Assembly 4.1 Refer to Figure 7. Install 49964-2 vertex plate over reflector vertex opening and 49997 retaining bar behind reflector vertex opening as shown using supplied capscrew hardware. 4.2 Position white surface of reflector vertex pad toward feed window and attach pad to vertex plate using supplied 1/4 by 1-1/2 inch (38 mm) nylon screw, flatwashers and nuts. Install flashwashers under both screw head and corresponding nut as shown. Tighten mounting hardware allowing only slight compression (.060° max.) of vertex pad material. Use remaining nylon nuts as locknuts and distort excess screw thread to prevent disassembly. |
