Swing the antenna to reach and attach the predrilled end of the azimuth strut to the azimuth U-bracket on the mount as shown in Figure 11. Use a long bolt, lock washer, and nut. Do not fully tighten this bolt or the bolt for the elevation hinge bracket to allow for elevation and azimuth adjustments. |
9.2 Fixed Strut Swing the antenna to reach and attach the fixed-strut hinge assembly as shown in Figures 5 and 12. This strut attaches to the strut and mounting bracket. Attach the hinge assembly with a bolt, lock washer, and nut, but do not fully tighten the bolt until both elevation and azimuth adjustments have been completed. Note: The hinge assembly is factory-adjusted and does not require further adjustement. |
