2.1 Unpacking and Inspection

Open carton and carefully remove packing material.
Check the dehydrator for shipping damage such as
dents or loose parts.
Remove front cover. Remove four screws and pull
out slightly on the top of the cover. Then lift the bottom
of the cover free of the chassis. Disconnect the dryer
input hose from the fitting beneath the electrical
terminals.
Check for damage. Check the canisters for damage
such as cracking or displaced desiccant.
Remove the top cover. Check for loose wires hoses or
components. If anything is loose, refer to the component
schematic and wiring diagram for proper placement.
If you find any damage or if you need assistance
for reconnection of wires or hoses, contact Andrew
Customer Service Department at 1-800-255-1479.

If everything looks correct, replace the top cover.

Do not replace the dehydrator front panel at this
time. It will be replaced after the dehydrator is
mounted and electrical connections are complete.
