20. Install the lifting assemblies from the set (#221755) on
the high level supports just outside the transmitter building.
Attach short nylon chokers, ropes, and pulleys between the
cable and each lifting assembly. Lift the cable, keeping it
horizontal, until it is nesting loosely against the cradles.
