4.1 Refer to Figure 4.1. Attach feed support struts to feed support rods using bolts, lock washers, and nuts as shown. Tighten until snug only. Note: After strut installation, temporarily secure excess conduit to one strut using supplied wire strap.
5.0 Feed System Installation onto Reflector
5.1 Refer to Figure 5.1. Secure nylon chokers or rope to feed system assembly ensuring it is routed around feed horn assembly between ground plane and feed support. Do not use metal chokers. Using crane, raise feed system making sure to support enclosure body during installation. Attach feed support struts to corresponding feed strut brackets as show using 3/8 x 2-1/4 in hardware (supplied as part of reflector hardware kit 205631) and securely tighten moutning hardware. Note: Feed system assembly should be installed with enclosure door facing downward.
5.2 Torque bolts attaching feed support struts to feed system rods to 480 lb-in.
