19. Insert the two half wrenches that form the clamp into the
exposed driver ring, with the offset dowel pins in the half
wrenches located toward plate 1. Attach the screws to hold the
half sections together. Then, remove the strain insulator, plate
2, and the threaded rods, leaving only the clamp against plate 1
still attached to the line.

20. Attach the inner conductor tool (#220335) around the broken
inner conductor about 0.25 inch (6 mm) from the driver ring edge.
Disengage the inner joint by rotating the broken conductor.
During disengagement, hold the clamp stationary and use the inner
conductor tool to turn the conductor.
